Can you provide someone to monitor the equipment I have hired?
Yes, dependent on availability we can provide staff members to monitor hired equipment. This is charged at an additional cost of £25 per hour, per staff member required. Please note that some hire occasions require more than one staff member per castle (public events, etc).

How much notice should I give?
No notice is required however it is advisable to book as early as possible as we do get booked up (especially during summer time).

How much does it cost?
Our prices are flexible depending on the castle required and location. Please contact us for a quotation - we will aim to beat any other genuine quote that you have received.

Is there an age limit for using the bouncy castles?
Yes, our castles are only suitable for children aged 15 and under. a new range for the older kid and adults from mid august.

What's included in the price?
The price includes everything you require for a bouncy castle hire; delivery (within 20 miles radius of Bude Cornwall) and setup of your chosen castle, drop off and pick up at your desired time, ground mat for getting on and off the castle, blower, ground pegs and public liability insurance. Please note that the standard hire price does NOT include a member of staff to monitor equipment you have hired. This is available but at an additional charge of £25 per hour, per staff member required. 

How much public liability cover do you have?
We have £5 million coverage and are licensed to trade at both private and public events.

When are your castles available?
You can have a bouncy castle from us at any time, seven days a week.

Can I keep the castle over night?
Yes, however there may be a small additional charge.

How long is the hire period?
Generally you can keep the castle for a four hour period but we are willing to be flexible to your needs

What if it rains?

a lot of our bouncy castle range have built in raincovers allowing you to bounce come rain or shine but full deposit refund for bad weather,for hires that get extremley wet there will be a £30 drying deposit fee.

Are their any height restrictions?
Yes, however these vary depending on what castle you require. Please contact us for more information.

Do I need to provide anything?
just a source of electric within a safe range (generators can be supplied)

information on any difficult access for the castles and staff.

Can I cancel my booking?
Yes, however please give us as much notice as possible.(Two weeks Minimum) If not enough notice is given then a small cancellation fee will incur, on the day cancellations  (unless bad weather) will be charged full hire price.
